How long before the next exciting instalment of Caterham's Capers?
Tick tock, tick tock, tick tock.. Steve. Owned numerous Land Rover vehicles of all shapes and sizes over the decades. Current Defender: A non tarts hand-bagged Puma 110 XS USW. [Insert something impressive here such as extensive list of previous Land Rovers or examples of your prestigeous and expensive items, trinkets, houses, bikes, vehicles etc] http://forums.lr4x4.com I used to be Miserable ...but now I'm ecstatic. |

Where would you like to start?
I've noticed recently the drivers door card is rattling too much..... Could this be linked to the brake lamp blowing and therefore impacting on the Ecm and poor engine running? joking. No.....The door card is rattling but suspect it might just be the fir trees have broken free as many of them were glued on? Oh well no biggie. |

Can't wait for the autopsy on the old axle. Suspect at least the diff was dodgy. ....almost forgot to say a huge thank you to IRB. New axle, new Bilstein all round and a few other bits where old stuff was looking well tired. All carefully done under my watchful eye - obviously I taught him a thing or two about defenders while it was up in the air. Ie how fir tree clips evolved from inter-galactic communications etc. Anyway very much looking forward to Spain and putting some trouble free miles on the clock. Click image to enlarge |

So are you going to carry out a necropsy on the old axle?
We want to know what was causing the clunk! |
