United Kingdom 2006 Defender 110 Td5 CSW Chawton White
Rear Cross Member
Good evening,

I want to replace my rear cross member of my 110 TD5 because its captive nuts have rusted out and it will need doing in the next few years anyway.

What is the best way to go? Who makes the best replacement... who should I talk to to buy a new one? Im going to fit it myself.

Thanks
Ross

Black sheep are fantastic quality, and a better design than the original. I have no idea if they are still in production, the website seems to have reappeared, but the FB page is still gone.

Heard good things about RCP on here.

Paddocks, I think, have britpart, and I've heard that the welding on them isn't all that great.

I emailed Blacksheep a few months back and got a simple response from that they are no longer in business which is a shame. I've been looking at RCP though and will most likely be going with their Raid Sport option which is similar to the Blacksheep version and open at the back to prevent the usual mud traps.

Let me know if you find any other options Thumbs Up 2002 Defender 110 CSW TD5
