The chafing just affects the third brake light. Fix is to run a power lead directly from loom behind the door card.

Doesn't fix OPs problem.

2 litres normally does me with enough over to top up reservoir afterwards.

Unless you hit problems getting good pedal feel.

Lots of socket extension bars.

One of you underneath guiding the socket extensions to the bolt, one of you in the cab to undo the socket.

All done by feel.

Did you ever get this resolved? My 2.4 2011 s/w has just started doing exactly what you describe - dip clutch, revs go up a few hundred and then down again.

Whats the point? Youll keep the wheelnut key in the vehicle. Not many places to put it so itll be in the cubby box. Eaay to find.

Even so, scroats can get lockable wheelnuts off easily - buy so ...
