I don't uderstand what ACF-50 is used for, it's not a rust converter, does it creates a protective film on painted and rust free surfaces?
What about POR-15?? It's seems a good finishing and protective paint...even if is quite expensive... Matteo Defender 110 Td4 SE MY 09 |

Are we allowed to mention the Buzzweld products on here? I've seen some good results (purely online) using the RCP primer and CIO top coat on the rear cross members. James

As I say I've only seen this online, it seems big on Angry Puma FB page, relatively new products so will be interesting to see how it lasts, but tests suggest it's very good. Photos below are just pinched from Angry Pumas, but seem to give a nice finish. I've not connection just passing on for interest, and Craig Jones of Buzzweld is active and very helpful.

Four in at the moment, one is mint that I did 4-5 years ago, no rust on the body at all a rare one, just in for a Dinitrol top up... Oh and the black 110 has a glorious 3.6 V8 in it...
Keep forgetting to take pics but I took one of this last week... Very nice Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated |

Mint 62 plate, 4000 miles, did this from new, back in for a top up! Lovely example for a collector if it ever came up on the market!
EDIT maybe coming up for sale, owner just doesn,t use it... Will go for a healthy price I'm sure! Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated |

Pleasure chaps, nice to meet you both and your Defenders. You both had long journeys in quite similar vehicles, unfortunately I didn,t take any decent pics of yours... More pics of past vehicles in my gallery
This one is really nice, ex forestry, note the spot light bracket on the roof! This one just in from the body shop, no it's not a Defender And now this one also just in... Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated |

There's something wrong with that middle one. I don't think it has enough gauges. Darren

Reminds me of the space ship in your signature 'Anorak'!
It,s mint underneath, incredible for an old Supra, just in from Japan... No underseal in places just seam sealant... |
