Excellent question.

I had to buy a whole 2nd hand loom once and want 5 of these. In most cases, you can repair them with Poxypol or such like.
But sometimes they are beyond repair

Any bulk ord ...
 You could not make this up...

I usually repair them with bits of a p38 wreck Smile

I think you must have had a lot of water or contamination in your diesel to get it that bad. 😬

Nope, just our normal diesel from our wondrous state refinery. Panama is too far from where I live, ...

thanks to everybody, it is the VCV valve. Now waiting for the ICE (state company) to cough up another second hand one.

Take it out.
Take it apart.
Look at the piston.

We had it out yesterday.
Connected it to 12 v shortly and it moves.

But how do I get the Evil or Very Mad thing to reprogram

I can do the high pressure pump learning but not the pilot learning.
