One dismal rainy night, a taxi driver spotted an arm waving from the shadows of an alley halfway down the road.

Lovely 110 it is, and it's also left me thinking the Puma Defender is a really nice motor.

For those interested, the 101 has had a full rebuild, pretty much new everything, and fully kitted out as ...

I like them as a vehicle full stop, I fit in the drivers seat comfortably (6 ft 3, i really dint see why people complain about lack of space for the taller gentleman) I can drive 300 miles in it and n ...

Every defender (even S/W's) has been a classed as a commercial from 'I think' 09 on.

To be honest, I think if people are stupid enough to be somewhere that a large blunt fronted vehicle might run ...

I believe Defenders are now all classed as 'commercial' hence the cheap rate road tax, and no requirement for silly plastic protrusions on the front.

If they were still 'cars' it'd be an issue.

Dunno who makes them, but I've been fairly impressed with the ones Paddocks sell. Fitted a couple for customers myself. Well made, and bolt to the chassis.

Price is good too.

My 110 gets worked fairly hard also, it's been well used for all it's 26 years, and continues to do just about everything I ask of it.
There's no way I'd use an L200 or a Navara in it's place, and t ...
