That link doesn't seem to be correct? I did once see an army style keswick green 110 soft top driving around near Gaydon, had white wolf rims on too. Could it have been one of those? 2011 110 USW 1973 Series III 1-Ton 1972 Series III 1-Ton Cherrypicker 1969 IIA 1-Ton 1966 IIA 88" |

Mmmm, I do like Keswick Green.
Interesting it has a green roof but black mudguards, wonder why they paid the extra just to do the roof? 2011 110 USW 1973 Series III 1-Ton 1972 Series III 1-Ton Cherrypicker 1969 IIA 1-Ton 1966 IIA 88" |

it looks like a really standard 110S. I supposed that French Army has strong budget restriction . BTW my Landy is in Keswick Green, with a white roof, of course. Carlo 1971 88 Series IIA somewhere in Southern Italy 1989 Ninety stolen in Paris 2004 90 TD5 gone 2010 110 S Puma TDCI running |

I'm guessing the Wolf fleet will be kept on for as long as possible, along with the Typhonus (sp?) refurb vehicles.
I believe their service life is projected into the 2020's? If the Perentie fleet is anything to go by they'll be around for a while yet. IIRC the Perenties went into service in 1985, and after a mid life refurb are expected to still be in service in 2025. Let's be honset, a 40 year service life is pretty impressive, no reason why the Wolf fleet couldn't last that long either? Kinda reminds me why I love the Defender (and older Land Rovers in general) just as much. 1982 Wife 1984 300 Tdi 110 H/T 'Recovery' Plus 4 kids and a dog.
