Hi Ben, the very first post on this ten year old thread lists in detail all the work regarding Dinitrol treatment, ACF-50 and sealing. It lists all the places you can treat the body with ACF-50 wheel arches are plastic

Hi Chris,
I have a 2015 90 XS Defender and would like you to do the Anti corrosion treatment early next year? Are you taking bookings? Thanks |

Hi TimmyJo, apologies, I have only just read your post. I will pm you also which should notify you of my response. The quick answer is yes I am usually booked up 4 weeks in advance but can take on the odd extra vehicle if it is urgent as I give myself plenty of time to do one vehicle. I like to work at a slower pace

Chalk and cheese! A sheep farmers 110 from Derbyshire (which is in REALLY nice condition rot wise, due to being well looked after by the owner with ACF-50 and one I have done before) and a mint street car from Cobham...

I recently popped my new to me 110 over to Chris, genuinely can't say how impressed I am with his work and attention to detail.
If you're wavering or thinking about it, just get it booked in Jon |

This is an existing clients, I have done his TDCi a couple of times from new but he has always craved a white TDi 110 with the dream of driving to Cape Town with his son. After my emphasis on buying the best you can and take your time to avoid the rotten money pits he has bought this after three years of hunting. He wants to learn how to look after and maintain it so we are going to work on it together whilst he learns the skills and builds up his own tools

I had to re-do the chassis this week, it was previously done January 2017.
I really hate this job but it has to be done. I did a little corrosion repair firewall right at the left hand top , but luckily it was very small. While there I removed the fash and applied some stuff in the nooks and crannies. This is the before pictures: Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge This is a picture of the difference a was bu hand makes: Click image to enlarge And the after pictures: Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Tomorrow I will get the door cards off to re-do the treatment I did. Well done, some hard work gone into that. Have you done the inside to?
What products did you use, and how long did it take you? |

I did the whole vehicle in 2017.
Inside of the cab and the inside of the chassis included. I only have the insides of the doors left to do. I used dinitrol on the chassis. |
