Well no white photos just yet but we went to the Dalwhinnie distillery today. Had a great guided tour which included some tasters

If you looks at the tops of the hills in the first photo, they're getting a dusting on the top so hopefully we'll wake up to snow tomorrow

I haven't seen one in Caledonian blue with colour coded roof and arches so it's unique I think colour wise. I like to keep it simple looking which is why I think it looks so striking

For example I wanted extra main beam light but didn't want spot lamps so hid the light bar behind the lower grille which you can just make out in the pictures. Little things I think make the difference

I DO like your 90, I like how your lights are discretely hidden. I want the advantages of lights on my v8, though not on show..
Even if it has the spot brackets on the roll bar, I don't want them on there.
The spots on my 110 are worth their weight in gold, but I want the v8 looking 'standard'!!

The light bar to be honest isn't ideal, it's a sparex one and it's a work light so it fills out the beam nicely but the throw isn't great. I also had a pair of rigid industries dually d2s in the same location and they're fantastic. They're on my motorbike at the moment and will probably be going back on the defender. I think I have some pictures somewhere of them fitted to my 110 I'll have a look... 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon

This is the setup I had on the 110, same principle but behind an aircon grille

Just on small little brackets where the slam panel supports attach.

With the grille fitted and looking from the front they were quite discrete

And from any distance they were pretty much invisible. On the non aircon grille they are closer to the grille so more visible
