No, no one has it figured out yet. Take a look at my posts a few above this one.

Hey everyone... I broke down and had someone with pathfinder enable adaptive cruise today. And as were talking waiting for pathfinder to update everything, we started discussing the IIDTool and why it doesn't seem to work for adaptive cruise.

Apparently, even with pathfinder, CCF edits for adaptive cruise don't work the first time. And because of that if we stopped right then you would see the brake fault error we all get. For some reason the ECU that holds that info doesn't load the edits. That ECU holds all the info for the cruise radar, camera and braking that is related to those inputs, hence why we all get those errors. So what we had to do is go to the module that doesn't load the edits correctly the first time and tell the module to reload the central configuration file (CCF)(I think it pulls it from other modules on the car, not pathfinder). As soon as we did that the error cleared. No need to even let the car go to sleep.

I need to confirm which module it was, I think it was either the GWM (gateway module A) or the IDMA (Interactive Display Module A). The IDMA ECU module in the IIDTool has a relearn/load the central configuration option. I am pretty sure that has been discussed earlier in this thread.

Below are the items he changed for me via pathfinder. I had all these already accept adaptive cruise. I have bolded those needed for adaptive cruise. This is on a USA defender 110 2021 model.

I am curious if someone could make the adaptive cruise CCF edits below and then try the relearn/reload process and see if that clears the error. I can't really try it on mine since it is already working. Maybe someone has already tried that. Just thought I would through this out there incase it helps someone figure this out.

EUCD-129 Terrain Response Fitment Auto Terrain Response/JDO, Dynamic
EUCD-245 Dynamic-I Dynamic-i Content with Configurable Dynamic Mode Screen
MultiCAN-562 DynamicProgMode Available for selection with timeout
MultiCAN-566 MHLastUserMode Last user memory mode enabled
MultiCAN-579 TowAssist Tow Assist 2
MultiCAN-580 PTCruiseFitment ACC with Queue Assist fitted
MultiCAN-605 ConfigDynamicMode Fitted
MultiCAN-712 ACC Lead Car Dist Disp Fitted
MultiCAN-723 SMRF Global Close Enabled
MultiCAN-753 Adaptive Prog Mode Fitted
MultiCAN-777 Ter Dyn Select In FCPB Rotary used for selection within touch screen
MultiCAN-793 TA2 Input Control HVAC rotary
MultiCAN-795 TA2 Select In FCPB Rotary used for selection within touch screen
MultiCAN-809 ACC Stop Gap Setting Fitted

So I was way off on the module that needs to be reloaded/relearn the CCF. The module is DADC. As far as I can tell that module is not listed in the GAP tool.

Hey all,

Still looking for the feature to disable interior lighting, computer etc going on when opening the backdoor.
Does anyone has an idea which eucd or multican this could be?

Would be greatly appreciated!

The result I get for Park Assist is "Emergency Brake Assist Not Available". I do see the "Auto" switch under Driver Assistance / Parking.

Something is not quite right, but even resetting all params doesn't clear that error.

Also, telling the GAP tool to clear the error fails.

UPDATE:
—————
My cruise control and lane keep assist are not available and after driving a short distance I get the "two wheel drive" error.

I reset everything yet again, and I will have to give it the 15 minutes to reset.

Hi there again,

@mmbanf, @aquascape and @Ratledge

I have tested and it works pretty well. And I've tried both parallel parking as well as rear parking.

Prior to enabling I already had the "Emergency Brake Assist Not Available" error from trying the ACC so I am not sure if enabling just the Park Assist would bring that error back or have anything related. No other error was found.

I will say that the auto-parking is a little bit aggressive. It goes backwards pretty fast, so if you have a towing hitch on an extender like I do, keep an eye while the car does its work. It may go beyond what you would like to.

To enable the feature you just need to press the command on your Piv and drive by the parking spot. Once the car finds the spot, it will ask if you want to start it. After that just sit and watch.

Please let me know if it worked for any of you. I am curious to know if it works to other members without error. I will try and clear my "Emergency Brake Assist Not Available" and check it again.

Here are some pictures of it working. BTW my Defender is a 2022 P400. Thumbs Up

With the changes shown, I see the first toggle under Driver Assistance / Parking, but I don't see the second switch in Pivi.

Curiouser and curiouser said Alice...

Good point @Ratledge.

It only shows when you drive. You have to be below 18 mph. It doesn't show when you are parked or above that speed.

Sorry to hear that @Hairy Dan

Maybe try some variations of these two options. Both uses the LIDAR Breaking sensors. Until I clear my "Emergency Brake Assist Not Available" error, I will not be able to try without issues.

EUCD-059 Parking Assistance
Standard: Without Parking Assistance
Change to: PDC (Front, Rear) - Parking (Parallel, Exit)
Other options:
- PDC (Rear)
- PDC (Front, Rear)
- PDC (360)
- PDC (Front, Rear) - Parking (Parallel)

MultiCAN-786 Park Assist
Standard: Not Fitted
Change to: Full Auto VarD (Fully automated park assist with automated steering breaking accelaration and gears)
Other options:
- Semi-Auto VarB (Semi-automated park assist with automated steering)

If you change this, it will pop open your tailgate without turning everything on:

- MultiCAN-770 Remote Release Tailgate
Enabled
This will make the rear door pop open when you press the button on the key fob

I thought you needed to have soft close doors to make that feature work. Does this hold true for all versions?
