Does the gearbox come with a standard tune for the supplied engine?

Turnkey provide a complete package and tune engine and GB to work specifically with the defender(thats there sales pitch anyway). They upgrade the CAM and tune for around 525BHP (think 450 is standard). They provide the complete package so that it's just plug and play my end, well that’s how the story has started let wait and see.
They run every package they sell to check it all works together, thus eliminating any gremlins that may be in any of the components or the loom. |

Axles shot blasted and prepared and painted with EM121
Click image to enlarge Calipers and Rotors arrived, unfortunately the rotors are wrong they should have been fully floating so they have to go back.... Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Sorry not the best photos I was in a rush. I've now blasted every single bracket, boxed up all the nuts and bolts ready to go off to the platers tomorrow. Whilst I've not had that much to do I could get on with the fuel system, this is my outline design, I'd be happy to get any advice..... Click image to enlarge |

Interested to see how it all works out - I was looking at the “budget” method of buying a pull-out driveline with an already-matched box. |

a few changes to the fuel layout. AN-06 with 8mm hose was probably on the small side so now changed to the AN-08 with 11mm hose, which should be good for upto 650 BHP.

Pretty much all there is to it. The pressure gauge is a good idea. My recent regulator issue may encourage me to fit one. Andy

Fitting up the rear axles with new stub axles.
The kit I've bought has got two gaskets one larger one with an ABS sensor cut out and a rather flimsy paper one with no abs cut out. I'm using the ABS one (as I'm adding ABS) but it is bigger than the flimsy paper one and sticks out the sides of the flange. It seems strange to have two gaskets of differing materials and sizes with different cut outs? Or gaskets for different models perhaps but why is the one with the ABS cut out soo much bigger? Am I missing something??? |

Picked up the tub rails and bulkhead from the galvanisers
Click image to enlarge after Tank Kleen and t wash Click image to enlarge After the britpart bulkhead removal bar debarcle tried the PPCages one and it fitted with no problems. So all the tub repairs are nearly done just left to fit the side rails and then EM121 to the base. Click image to enlarge |

Wow! I love a bit of galv. Whilst I agree the bulkhead needs painting will the cappings be painted of left galv? James
