I picked up Millie today as she went in yesterday for a MOT, she passed all ok, but had some very minor advisories which will be sorted out when she goes in when the next 6,000 miles is up Very Happy

As she had to go in for the MOT, i decided that it was near the 6,000 mile marker again ( about 500 miles off ) so she had a service and the new power steering pump that was making a noise was changed and i have a silent one now Very Happy so all good there. The indy that did that awesome aluminium welding to reinforce my intercooler brackets made up a nice little sheild to protect the pipes from the belt, i have always said to him that if you want a try, then go ahead, as there should have been one there from BL Rolling Eyes so here is the little shield .....................................

So the next item to go on was sourced from a forum member and i got it shot blasted, then galvanised and asked the indy if he could put it on as i don't have the air gear to get it off as it has been on there for a very very long time Wink

As you can see it is not galvanised yet as i am still on the look out for one, it is a double pin hitch, so when i get another one then i can get this one sorted Thumbs Up I'm also on the look out for the brackets that hold the tail board on as well so i can get them done at the same time, so if anyone has some they don't want, please let me know, many thanks Very Happy

Well Millie had a subtle up grade the other day kindly from a member on here, so, as it always takes longer than it should Rolling Eyes i prepared my self for the worst, so i got the packet of goodies and got a suitable cloth and cleaned all the ends of the bolts of mud and stuff, then i attached the goodies and i was pleased that it all went like clockwork Wink

I was not to sure at first if i would like them on, but i think they go well with the wheel nut covers, so i'm a happy bunny ....

Morning Clayton, loving what you have recently done to Millie, proper working Rover. Indy (JT?) has done some good work. I was in there the other month and was impressed, with the set up and work they were doing. Hopefully see Millie passing soon,
