You could flat the base of the injector port as described, I would 'ent take to much metal off.

Why not check for current draw thru the circuit. about 60 amps total from stone cold. =15 amps per glow plug.
Once they`ve been used they drop to 40 amps (ish) 8 to 10 amps.

Do it anyway. You may have cleaned the fuse, But the terminals within the block connector may still be dirty / contaminated.

Why not carry out a voltage drop test across the back of the fuse connector. While the circuit is under load. Then that way you can access, if their is a problem at this point. |
