	I was wondering if it was just mine or all defenders. My 2014 Puma blows hot air or hot air. It will blow cold with the aircon on, but the heater controls do nothing.

	I didn’t bother using them, just put the screws in the original holes. There was plenty of bite.

	It’s the PC100 in the rear, they are a straight swop. Unless you’re an idiot like I am, it’s 10 minute job.
