United Kingdom 1998 Defender 90 V8 Petrol 50th Auto Chawton White
MultiCAN754 AutoTRProgMode 0x02 change to Fitted

Gets me the auto button on the pivi screen but also the emergency brake fault Big Cry

There is also another setting for Auto which is

EUCD129 TERRAIN RESPONSE FITMENT 0x13

Change to Auto Terrain Response Dynamic & Configurable Dynamic Mode

but that doesn't make any difference to the brake error or give you the button so may not be connected Thumbs Up Cheers Ian

I'm really pleased to see the terrific progress made since uploading newer CCF. Now if only I could make such good use to enable ACC and Ambient Lighting! On a better note, I had great fun with my ATPC this long (UK) holiday weekend. Cheers Marc

I don't think any of the Defenders have park assist so I would be surprised if it can be enabled. The CCF file covers many cars in the range so not everything that is listed in there applies to the Defender, I'm not saying it can't be done but I haven't seen anybody that has tried. Confused

I made this reply a couple of weeks ago but I've just been watching one of Hunters Prestige videos and they mention activating the park assist feature to get the Defender to auto park so it does look like it is possible Confused

Link to part in video it is discussed

Ian,
I have the same thing as you for MultiCAN 736, 754, and 755.
For the EUCD-129, I have With Auto Terrain Response

I have the TR2 factory fitted.

I have a 2022 NAS with Premium LED headlights, a GAP tool on the way and a really strong desire to upgrade to Matrix LED. I can get the parts.

Has anyone had success doing this mod with a GAP tool? Simon at PowerfulUK did his but I think he used Pathfinder.

Just thinking aloud here. I can see the benefit of this tool, adding to the functionality of the vehicle.
But has anyone managed to enable the rear door windows to open and close? I know you need a loom to get the doors connected electrically to the rest of the vehicle but unsure if the GAP tool can activte the windoes? 110 D250 SE HT

I haven't seen any reports of ACC being successfully activated with this tool yet. The website says they are still working on it.

Dynamic mode works fine, but only a few reports of red gauges showing up.

Is there an updated list with all the modifications that are functioning and all the settings needed to be changed in order to obtain them?
I had just received my GAP IID Tool and I need some help with CCF coding

Thank you in advance

If you read back through the discussions you will find that Ian (Hairy Dan) has them posted in one of his discussions.

Here's a tricky one which I seek the knowledge of the forum on. I've activated (or at least believe I have) ambient lighting:

EUCD-240 Ambient Lighting
Tri colour fitted, auto button enabled (and tried all other options)

and installed the passenger side, driver side, and centre (floor) console LEDs. I now have the function via Pivi, but still the LEDs refuse to illuminate. I've checked fuses (FL1 + FL3), but no joy. Has anybody else tried and been successful? I'm not sure if this is a CCF issue or connectivity, but I don't want to start chasing wires if somebody else is able to help.

Cheers

A follow up on the quest for ambient lighting. I can confirm that the CCF:

EUCD-240 Ambient Lighting
Tri colour fitted, auto button enabled

is the correct setting, but this will not automatically enable you to retrofit the lighting across the dashboard or in the central console. These require connection of harness to the BCM, which Land Rover conveniently left unterminated.

However....

if you retrofit the following:

(less 13776D)after changing the CCF, you will at least have ambient lighting in your door bins and around the handle area of you doors. Instructions for door panel removal can be found from Powerful UK:  Cheers Marc
