Did you find it difficult to install the silent coat inside the doors? It looks like it could be tricky to install behind the window mechanism etc. Also, I'd never thought to install some on the door card as well as the door. The soundproofing is next on my list so I'll be installing it at some point this week with a bit of luck! Love the Defender and the channel btw, keep up the good work! |

It's really easy to fit Silent Coat behind the mechanism, the 'sheets' just slide up behind. There seems to be plenty of clearance. I don't have electric windows so I'm not sure if that would make a difference. I would pick up some of the plastic clips that hold the door card on if you haven't taken the door card off before. A couple of mine snapped. They're not very expensive. Makes a nice difference to the feel the doors though once it's done.
