That's exactly what I said to Clayton but he said they're standard springs. I think a combination of the winch and bumper plus smaller rolling radius tyres makes it the same height as mine. My tyres are a good inch taller
I really like Clayton's 110 I think they look great as pickups 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon 1990 Vogue SE Triumph Tiger Explorer 1200 Td5 90 Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic50767.html Tdi 110 Thread https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic69562.html RRC Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic54492.html Instagram http://www.instagram.com/george_grafton |

Well I got the ramp installed today. Just got to fill it with hydraulic fluid, a bit of tidying of cables/pipes and then Hook it up to the 3 phase
My first job on it will be my 13 pin towing electrics which I have been putting off for far too long Started off by using the tractor to lift the uprights into the workshop: Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Then bought the digger in to lift the posts upright: Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Then with a bit of help I got up and bolted the cross bar together, which was interesting to do, at this point both uprights are free standing, very heavy and need alignment to bolt the cross bar in Click image to enlarge Then after marking the holes in had to move the complete ramp to drill 10 holes 24mm in diameter and 120mm deep. All lined up it was bolted down and the arms fitted. Happy days Click image to enlarge Hopefully this will make things much easier and will help me crack on with a few bits and pieces 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon 1990 Vogue SE Triumph Tiger Explorer 1200 Td5 90 Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic50767.html Tdi 110 Thread https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic69562.html RRC Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic54492.html Instagram http://www.instagram.com/george_grafton |
