I'm hoping I've sorted my brake rattle now. Took the wheel off and found one of the genuine £25 a set Landrover bent pieces of wire brake springs and snapped in half, after a year Rolling Eyes so that's £50 I've spent on 12 inch of wire in a year Big Cry just need to test drive it now. It had better be quiet!!!

Back from France! No issues right up until boarding the return ferry at night when I noticed the temp gauge light had gone out.... I tapped the glass and it came back on! Laughing just like in the movies! Michael was just telling me a story about a friend of his who slept with a land rover, lonely nights in the desert..

Service and new sump tomorrow, fitting a femco drain plug at the same time and having a thorough check over every pipe and hose because I don't want a repeat of last years trip to France and another £160 worth of fuel lost or maybe something worse happening Rolling Eyes

All serviced and sump fitted Mr. Green no leaks so far (touch wood) also fitted rdx led stop and tail lights bought from bpman that arrived today Very Happy so I shouldn't have to change blown bulbs every couple of months or so.

New rear pads fitted today and wind deflectors ordered and should be here by Wednesday Mr. Green

Well, it's coming up to holiday time and it seems everything I've ordered is going wrong Big Cry the wind deflectors I ordered have just turned up and one is snapped and I probably won't have time to get another delivered before I go Crying or Very sad the almost new genuine seat covers I won on ebay has hit radio silence so I'm guessing the seller didn't like the price I won them for Big Cry and the tinted middle row windows I ordered from masai still have an order status of new instead of dispatched on my account so I guess they aren't going to get here in time either Evil or Very Mad so much for getting bits finished off this week Rolling Eyes
