Finally got round to sorting the turning circle by adjusting the bump stops. Now I can out manoeuvre the QE2.

16 13yr old kids on a team building... They could not believe their eyes when they saw this kit... Just the way the back of a landy should look... They had an absolute blast!!

Popped my 110 in to RCV to have some quotes for some work done.

Came up very very reasonable - waiting on an appointment with Gigglepin before making any decisions but given the standard of there work I have seen am very impressed Thumbs Up

Also picked up my new seat base foams I ordered from LRI Solutions.

Using Exmoor trims own excellent videos Me and my girlfriend had a go at re-trimming my seat bases.

Girlfriends seat went first and we did a brilliant job- very pleased.

Then full of confidence set about my seat base. It didn't go quite so well. I think it moved while it was glueing and as such has come out a misshaped (I don't think Matt would approve Embarassed)

What do we think?

It works as a seat so I'm happy with it which is all that matters Very Happy

Looks like the padding was worn... Looks like it's sagging in the middle... But it's. Or bad...

At least you didn't do what I did, spray the foam with spray glue whilst in the newly fitted kitchen................that stuff takes on the appearance of flying gossamer spiders webs, very pretty when airborne but such a witch when they land and stick to anything and everything.
That'll be another one of those reasons I'm divorced Whistle

Gum, it came from Brendan (leeds) on here.
basically it has a sensor that attaches to any convenient bolt on the engine and gives you instant feed back of the engine metal temp! apparently the standard water temp gauge is slow to react, and often when it does go into the red its to late you've cooked your head!
the TM2 can set a temp at which it will warn you once reached. so lets say engine boils at 116deg depending on coolant mix, you may want to set alarm at 102/4 ish to give you plenty warning. that way you can pull over before it cooks! not after like with standard water temp guage!! My 109 thread

i put it on the top thermostat housing for now. not sure thats the best place, i wanted to get it nearer the back and on the head if possible but haven't found a suitable bolt yet. there are some bolts on the block which i might try too! was told best not attach to exhaust side as it may be naturally warmer round there! My 109 thread
