^^Ahem, ahem. Sincerely apologise for us continental Europeans using for fuel economy something like the very complicated and illogical L/100km unit...... Really makes no sense, no?
Luckily there are conversion factors to get to the more easy and logical mpg.... L/100 km → miles per US gallon: 235 / (L/100 km) = mpgUS L/100 km → miles per Imp. gallon: 282 / (L/100 km) = mpgImp Eric You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation. http://youtu.be/yVRlSsJwD0o https://youtu.be/vmPr3oTHndg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GtzTT9Pdl0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABqKPz28e6A https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLZ49Jce_n0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XvAsz_ilQYU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8tMHiX9lSw https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dxwjPuHIV7I https://vimeo.com/201482507 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSixqL0iyHw |

Replaced the orange lens front indicators with clear lenses and orange bulbs. Look much more youthful. 1999 Defender TD5 110

Today in my little blue truck we visited "The Dish" near Parkes, NSW. Then on the 200k trip south to Young for tonight's camp spot, we listened to The Archers podcast. As ya do!
Having a splendid time on our big trip so far, been down under a week already. Land Rover passed quarantine without a hitch (and NOT sent for washing! Yey). Had 3 rainy days but lots and lots of big blue skies too. As always, follow our blog if you want to know more... Fitted a MUD bulkhead removal bar and set of rear Puma seat which included cutting out the arches and fitting a set of arches from CSK land rover. A bit daunting when you can see the tyres from the inside
