Ranlover - I think you’ll find the A frame ball joint, and or the two bushes on the a frame are culprit.
If it still doesn’t cure it then check out the Prop UJ’s and damper bushes for movement.

Regards the output shaft, mines Genuine original done 101k so far, no issues, was checked at about 96k no significant wear or issues, it has been greased though from at least 42k onwards, possibly from the factory too.
I think some people get issues with alignment, which is not going to change whatever shaft is fitted.
When going in for a clutch change it’s good to have a spare output shaft and flywheel in case it is needed, otherwise a clutch replacement can inflate in price unexpectedly if that is needed.
Most of the time the SMF (flywheel) is fine, and the adaptor shaft simply greased.
Leaving the cltuch friction plate, pressure plate and slave likely to be the only things needing to be replaced.
Even the Master cylinder has a very very long life, I only replaced mine a couple of years ago because it was 14 years old, but was still working…
I would stick to a Genuine / Girling MC.
So personally I wouldn’t replace the output shafts unless they actually need to be, and this is where you need to be careful you don’t find anywhere that will be all to happy to replace everything as you will never know if it needs it or not anyway…
You can of course keep the parts though just in case they are needed.. ⭐️⭐️God Bless the USA 🇬🇧🇺🇸 ⭐️⭐️
