The heavy duty one on its own will last longer, but might not last as much as the original one but greased well on assembly. Note that I would suggest high temperature grease, so it does not melt on your first run. When my fork failed, which is quite normal even with a standard good clutch, the only immediate available fork was the standard one. So I welded on a 6mm flat bar, that I kind or bored to fit better over the ball socket.
