Presumably clamped to the battery positive post..
It is likely to be a “tail” on a supply out for a supply that’s been removed that was fused in-line. What they’ve done is instead of removing the entire supply line, they’ve disconnected it just after the fuse, so the fused spur is kept in place which could be used again or just taken away. ⭐️⭐️God Bless the USA 🇬🇧🇺🇸 ⭐️⭐️ |

Yeah, if you are not going to use it, it makes sense to take it away.
I think they just left it in place in case it was going to be used again, perhaps so it doesn’t get lost or something like that. ⭐️⭐️God Bless the USA 🇬🇧🇺🇸 ⭐️⭐️ |
