As all hinge screws are going to be stainless, fabricated the nutplate that goes behind the middle hinge. The original, although still in good condition is for UNF bolts, but the stainless I have are metric.

Almost a month since I could do anything on the 90. Managed to resum with the rear door.
The door was cracked and a cheap repair done early in its life in previous ownership. I never mounted the spare wheel for that reason, so as not to make it worse. To get it welded and repaired properly, the lower skin had to be taken off. Found quite some corrosion between the Ali and the steel, so now decided to de skin completely and have the frame galvanized.

Got this picture from my nephew, as he took my rear door frame to get hot dip galvanizing while I am travelling. So excited to go back to see the results with my eyes 🤩
