Many thanks Clayton
The silver things are vents, there is a twin fan under the worktop which pulls the heat away from the fridge compressor so it runs more efficiently. 1997 Ex-MOD 110, Pop Top Camper, build thread https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic72352.html 2014 Discovery 4 SE Tech Instagram @the110camper |

I’m hoping it will be enough, most fit a 50ltr fridge into the small campers and I was advised they can struggle in high temperatures but I have fitted a 65ltr, think it will need all the help it can get!! 1997 Ex-MOD 110, Pop Top Camper, build thread https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic72352.html

Looks fantastic. Very neatly executed.
I wouldn't have noticed the tub if you hadn't pointed it out! Darren 110 USW BUILD THREAD - EXPEDITION TRAILER - 200tdi 90 BUILD THREAD - SANKEY TRAILER - IG@landroveranorak "You came in that thing? You're braver than I thought!" - Princess Leia |

Many thanks, I’ll take that as high praise indeed coming from yourself
It’s a strange one, this green changes colour depending on the light dramatically and the camera picks up the colour difference much more than in real life! MOT on Tuesday, already had to change the steering box drop arm rubber boot due to it badly perishing over the course of 11 months but 0 miles!! 1997 Ex-MOD 110, Pop Top Camper, build thread https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic72352.html 2014 Discovery 4 SE Tech Instagram @the110camper |

Thanks, glad to say that it passed!
Insurance, MOT and tax all done so hopefully going for a shake down camp out on Saturday night to see if all works ok! Did the insurance through site sponsors A-Plan who were very helpful Fitted two little flood reversing lights, I’d already pre-installed the cabling when doing the solar panel wiring. Yeah sure, they are the Wilderness Lighting Compact Range
Seem well made, come with decent waterproof connectors and not too badly priced at £25 each. https://www.wildernesslighting.co.uk/compact-2-241-c.asp 1997 Ex-MOD 110, Pop Top Camper, build thread https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic72352.html 2014 Discovery 4 SE Tech Instagram @the110camper |
