I have use them and was also unhappy with the result.... Mine is now clad in Safety Devices metal
On the plus side when presented with the facts they gave me a full refund (Even though it did take 2 weeks to get through). Glyn |

When I was looking I was considering them but then looked at the SD the cages are far more superior. Glyn |

Thanks Glyn.
Malcolm at Whitbread Offroad send me some pictures of a Double Cab cage he does and the price fitted is reasonable. I will have a look at SD having now removed PP from the list Bob |

I had a look at Malcom's cage too (about 20-30 min drive from home) but the only thing I didn't like about it is the holes drilled in the bodywork and the cage passed through, reather than the flange system used by PPC and SD. OEC down near you fitted mine for a good price and the workmanship is awesome Click image to enlarge Glyn :sheep: Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated |

I am not keen on passing the cage through the bodywork either.
I will give OEC a call, they are only 40 minutes from me. Bob |

Here are a few pictures of what came from PP Cages, they said they had a cage in stock that was already galvanized and they could power coat it and have it ready in a week, alternative was to wait (7) weeks. The 2010 90 project was already behind! So I ordered it! They said after the coating that is had some minor ripples, which I was willing to accept! Then this arrived! The cage cost me over GBP 2210 and this is what I got!

Yes could not agree more agree....had the lot reworked in Dubai, stripped the S**T powder coat and buffed the galvanize down, dressed the welds then had it recoated in less than (36) hours here in Dubai. This cost me big time! PP Cages wanted me to ship the cage back at my cost for them to rework it then send it back at my cost; around GBP 1240.... I would need to swallow! F*ŁK OF !!! Will post a few photos of the new coating ! The guys here di an excellent job! PP Cages are bandits!
