I have the same here. I have used it a couple of times to get the air out. It it was a 2 people job. One blowing air through the filler and the other pushing the needle valve.
Now I have my alliexpress manual pump. Puma 110" SW ............................................................. Earth first. Other planets later |

I made a hand bleeder from the parts that were described in the thread and it worked perfect. I wanted to keep it somewhere on the truck just in case I ever need it when not in the garage. Since it smells of diesel I do not want to keep it inside the truck. Does anyone store it under the bonnet somehow?

Hi All
I have created a bleeding bulb as described in this thread, I connected to the female fuel supply line (the blue connector) and I pumped a liter into a bottle and all was good. When I connect the bleeding bulb inline (connected to the fuel pump) its impossible to pump. It like the fuel pump is closed and wont allow fuel in. Also when I turn the engine over I don't see any fuel flow through the bleeding bulb pipes. Should it pump freely through the pump ? Any advise please Thanks Kev |
