Can't comment on relay but if pretty sure it's blue with white tracer.
Be sure to check though. ![]() β½οΈπ’οΈβοΈπ§°πͺ |

Yup, blue with white in my TD5
Unless they updated it for the puma, there are no relays, all the current runs through the switch. Which is why it fails! |

easiest location to tap into it I found was in the engine bay, left hand side, next to the bulkhead there is quite a large plug, and like others have said there is no relay and the wire colour is blue with white trace.
You can always disconnect the plug and check with a milti-meter though. |

This is the linky I used: http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic11570....ght+wiring
In conjunction with the instructions from Land Rover for the standard kit...which I put in my gallery here: https://www.defender2.net/gallery/albums/u...ctions.pdf Basically (as Roy & Miker say)...most people splice into the wire under the bonnet. Here: ![]() and here: ![]() Note: The LR kit shows taking the main beam feed from near the stalk in the steering column... But doing it under the bonnet seems much easier ![]() Thanks "The Boy" (who I have not seen posting on here for ages) Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated ![]() |
