Would they dare..................?
The show opens tomorrow, but here is the link to the office website, and the Land Rover picture gallery as of this moment.... Not a single Defender picture on the Land Rover / Range Rover stand. Shocked Would they dare? Rolling Eyes I guess they would. Evil or Very Mad

You know, you have to admire the Swiss. They don't grow any cocoa beans, but they have all that chocolate; they don't manufacture anything of significance, but they have all that money; they don't have any armed forces (that couldn't be done-over by a bunch of brownies) and they've done nothing about world trouble spots; yet they are the centre for world peace talks; and they don't make any cars, yet the auto world looks toward Geneva every year! They're also the ONLY country in the world that comes damn close to actually being a democracy, but don't get me started on that one.

What an absolute load of tosh. By the same token, we English all wear bowler hats on the way to work, eat roast beef every Sunday, and have bad teeth.

Maybe I should take a chill pill...

Back on topic. Tragically yet again I will miss the show. Possibly do Newbury next month. Chalk and cheese, but far more useful! Real trucks don't have spark plugs

^^ Not so sure it is always like that in the English cuisine..... There apparently are some even stranger combinations. Laughing

85th Geneva Car Show - 5-15 March 2015
There we go again, less than a month from now. Thumbs Up
Found a letter from Autobritt in the mail today (our local JLR dealer), with invitation to order on line 1 or 2 free entry tickets for the event. So as last year, I kindly asked them to mail me 4 tickets. Cool

In 2014. JLR managed to have zero Defenders on display at the show. Rolling Eyes
Wonder if this year they will have one or more of the "end of" limited editions, Autobiograpy, Adventure, Heritage on stage. Hope there will be a Heritage. Cool

I'm off to this event.

I was at the Paris salon in September just gone and Land Rover had a nicely kitted out Defender on display.

with mint sauce, yes? Rolling with laughter

Eric - its lamb with mint, apple with pork, cranberry with turkey (or venison) , lemon with fish

Not sure what the traditional sauce is for beef - gravy and yorkshire puds perhaps Smile
