How does the standard gearbox cope with the increased torque released with remap?

Well as my box is the 3.2 box a standard 2.2/2.4 box won't fit
A standard box will take the extra torque from a remap as most tuners will have allowed the max torque the box is capable of in there maps allowing some sort of safety barrier Steve 2015 2.2 tdci hardtop xs 3.2 conversion DONE 238bhp and 707nm torque and thats just the start ;-P hybrid turbo in build -done ready to fit ashcroft atb in transfer box 6 speed auto in build |

and internals are the very same with the 2.4/2.2 <> 3.2 gearboxes?
(BTW: makes me wonder, how the Mustang guys would live with "my" gearbox (i.e. 2.2 Puma). They have a sports car, ought to shift gears as fast as LuckyLuke shooting. |
