Have you successfully managed to remove the old pins, then? Despite trying on many occasions, I have never yet been able successfully to remove the pin from a genuine original door hinge! What's your winning technique, if I might ask? |

Took kids to school in the 90 pick up - some complaints starting about sitting 3 across the front, which I guess at 9 and 11 is a fair call. Bike to the bike shop for a fettle and then out for a ride for a couple of hours in the sun. Beer and BBQ beckons

Pulled off front wheels and gave the system a clean and inspect.
Front rotors: 21.6 straight on the LHS and 21.5 with a mean taper and wobble on the RHS Pads 4-5mm Time to swap. LHS shaft corroded on to the flange - RHS appears brand new - interesting... Put a wolf wheel on the rear to compare: Click image to enlarge It's my spare... I like, but perhaps not enough to fork out for 4 more - what do you think? Solved the bowel problem, working on the consonants... |

Two tip runs, one with a trailer full and a 8 600x600mm flags in the back
2nd run, no trailer but 6 bags full of rubble and a selection of broken bricks. Jet washed underneath and removed some crud. Rinsed, Washed, rinsed, left to dry and waxed half the 110. Cleaned the wheel arches with Autoglym bumper care. Look better now. 1999 Defender TD5 110 Regards John M0VAZ Econet Station 48 no clock |
