thank you. If you look up close there are definately a few areas that need attention so not that clean, but I'm getting them sorted slowly but surely

Just a thought Ray. The Ashcroft taller 5th gear is a really good mod. I quite like the lower gears the transfer box for a 110 gives. Why not give yourself the taller gearing with the 5th upgrade and keep the lower gearing in the other gears...thus keeping the same transfer box? Just another option. 2002 110 td5

It is a thought but with the price I got this box its definately the cheaper route, as for the gearing mine spends 99.9% of its time on roads and motorways so it should hopefully be fine

Finished working at the end of July, spent a superb summer with my kids then been doing loads of jobs around house etc. but this last week I spent most days on the Landy and it's been quite nice to get stuff done that's been on a "to do" list for a year.
Now I have less money I've spent more time 'fitting' bits rather than buying bits before I'd buy stuff and never fit it. I've had that lightbar in the garage for over a year! I assume I'll go back to work when I get bored/become skint; but for the time being I have no desire at all to work. And as I refuse to claim any benefits (being a Yorkshire lad my Dad always said "we don't borrow, we don't gamble and we don't take charity) so I guess I am now retired |
