Well done that man. Laughing She'll be annoying you now mentioning how it reduces the size of the rear and how impractical it is. Whistle Just stick a massive Sub and Amp in there now. Wink

Maybe Wink Just depends on how much she moans Laughing To be fair I don't think I've lost that much space. On another note, I had to give my sister a lift today, and she commented on how quiet the landrover is. She has been in it plenty, but not since I did the Dynamat ! Another big thumbs up for that - come on get yours done.
Just so she didn't feel lost, I cranked the stereo up Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter

It's only because it cuts down on the talking time.. So when you've had enough you can just turn on and crank up the sound system. Rolling with laughter KEEP CALM AND Drill ON

Not so sure about that if you have a powerful enough Sub put in her hair would be the talking point instead. Rolling with laughter You know when the pressure hits.. (I'm sure you know what I mean) if not youtube search "subwoofer hair trick"

Only bought really because the price was so reasonable.
Currently raw Alu at the moment but with a coat of paint should look pretty good. Not sure if I'm going to use it though because I like my current one a lot. Might just keep for decoration. Whistle KEEP CALM AND Drill ON

Been pricing stuff up Big Cry Problem with a sub is really I need a new head unit with 3 pre outs so I can have full control over the sound. Alpine are a bit short on the DAB front as yet, and the ones they do make are a bit over complicated futuristic (IMHO). Rough estimate to improve over what I have now will be £1000 inc a new head. Having played around with the set up, think I can live with it until they bring out a few more. I know it won't improve that much and the money can be better spent elsewhere. However I am in touch with my feminine side so I could change my mind at any point ! Rolling with laughter

Kenwood Whistle Mine has the Pre out RCA's but I'm only currently using the sub ones as of now. And I know what you mean by control mine has all that. Where you can adjust settings individually. Thumbs Up KEEP CALM AND Drill ON

Just want a simple looking (old skool) head unit like wot I got. Things start to get complicated when you run multiple amps, and you need to be able to change the settings as you change the artist recordings. Its a bit of a faph when you start altering the gains etc. Have you seen the new Rockford fosgate amp- 300 RMS 4 channel, about the size of 3 fag packets ???

Can't say I have but I know what you mean about the settings. A lot of different makes are going for small compact amps now. Just as good with the same output and often class D. Prices is the only thing though often a bit more but for the class D efficiency I think it's worth it. The Kenwood KAC - 1XD I think it's called is worth a look. KEEP CALM AND Drill ON
