I thought there is only a certain amount of capacity on a forum to host pictures, on other forums once there is a limit then others cannot post up pictures.
I will put them up however... Click image to enlarge 300 miles on the clock! Click image to enlarge Sorry to other clients but I don,t remember to take a pic of them all. Click image to enlarge Last edited by Zagato on 12th Nov 2017 10:15am. Edited 2 times in total |

Martin hasn't applied any limits yet and even if he does, he's quite approachable Darren

Hello,
I have just treated the bulkhead with Dinitrol cavity wax and used the supplied extension pipe through the redundant wiper holes. Could I ask, the cavity that I got the extension pipe into is very narrow and just runs along the top. Are there drainage holes in that cavity to then let the wax drop into the bulkhead? (sorry if this is a dumb Q). Or is there a better way of getting access? thanks, Jerry |

You can take one of the door hinge bolts out to get better access. 90 wolf - Jasmin http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic39408.html

And also up through the drain hole at the bottom of each A pillar to give them a good coating. Dave

Just a reminder to those who have TD5's, I had a phone call from a guy who poked his spray extension into the false wiper spindle hole and unseen sprayed his dash, passenger seat, door and roof with a generous coating of cavity wax
On the same theme careful when you do a 'B' post on a 110 from the drain hole, or it will spray all over your seat side. Don,t forget to do the other hole further back by taking out the bung under the triangular panel with rivets on a 110. It is where all the muck gets inside, so clean/flush out first of all |

thanks for the advice.
Just to clarify - the cavity accessed from the redundant wiper holes - it is very narrow and appears to just run along the top. Are there drainage holes in that cavity to then let the wax drop into the bulkhead? thanks |

Click image to enlarge Jerry when you pump loads of product into those holes it pours out beneath the double skin at the top of the bulkhead engine bay side. As Mash and Nosnibod say the important part is the top of the 'A' post. The lower part of the bulkhead can be accessed from engine bay and underneath e.g. Footwell areas and around the back of the engine. I use mostly Dinitrol Corroheat for around the back of engine area pictured above on near new ones and good condition street only examples as again you don,t want to plaster black mucky underseal on thick as you want to keep an eye on it over time, it looks smarter, pretty invisible actually and it doesn,t matter if it gets on any hot part of the engine as it was designed for engine protection/detailing. The above picture comes from a 300 mile example just gone, so have taken a few pics as it is easy to see in pics in white for demo pic purposes. I have another coming in this Friday with delivery miles only on it |
