The leak there causes leaking oil/exhaust from the crankcase to the turbo, so check these hoses. Afaik no contamination of the oil as an indicator -- sooner or later for sure.

One problem that also leads to oil consumption are worn copper seals of the injectors. Inspect them carefully or have them done immediately. Check the breather pipe (crankase vent).

All i can say is that the oil consumption is rather low. You could try a product like https://toralin.com/toralin-compression-repair.html and see if it gets better. If not, a change to 10W-40 might he ...

A long shot, but even in this case it could be a faulty VCV, DCRS300260. Worth changing it, current threads might be helpful in terms of tools.
