It looks wet around the injectors? Esp 3?

A diagnosis is obv difficult on here but the parts to replace the seals are cheap so i would be doing them next if it was mine.

Do a bit of a search on injector seals.
They sit on a copper washer that is prone to causing a few issues

Make sure you get the GL4 and GL5 bits correct.
Remember GL5 is not 'better' and suitable to replace GL4

If the battery is getting low in the key fob sometimes the indicators will not flash when you lock or unlock. I would get it changed.

Coupling was tightened to 210Nm then loctite applied and torqued to 190NM

Got it all back together, the rattle has gone and the gear change is smoother so I hope it lasts
