Thanks, I think the original seal has perished and it apparently has an inner metal insert to hold shape, this is still present with original rubber. Looks like the original seal and it’s a 1989 90 ... |

So rear prop off and flange.
The pinion seal came off in about 100 pieces and not all is out. It seems there is an inner metal ring that the seal is wedged between and the outer case.
