Yep my app locks/unlocks car and can start it via the app, I've had the security update and am also in the UK  |

Don't go for the genuine dash cam kit, it is really crap, mine is only just 2 years old and it's totally unreliable and it's pot luck whether it decides to record or not  |

I have the Autohome roof tent on mine which covers the aerial and I can confirm there aren't any problems
