I havent checked the voltage on the wire when disconnected no, but if the switch is on the earth side of the light, surely I shouldn't get a voltage when reading between it and another earth?

Okay, will check the insulation on those wires as well tomorrow, along with the TX Box earth wires... Do I need to take the wheels off to get to that ABS loom??

Maybe someone can take airflow readings from the EGR and calculate required hose sizes for the split?? I'm keen to give this a bash... If I understood the workings correctly from the start!!
