Even when I attach a trailer it doesn't work.
Back to the drawing board! Edit: Not quite - the wheel icon appeared this morning. That's taken it over 36 hours to appear. Unfortunately I can only test it with a lighting board as my trailer is covered up at the moment. I can get the steering option to appear with a Green Tick but the Start button is greyed out and the screen says Reserved. Hopefully when I hook up a real trailer it will work. I have pretty much the same result as you Graeme, I suspect there is another 'switch' that needs flipping that isn't available to us yet or as I think you mentioned earlier it needs ATPC enabled to work Cheers Ian

Yes, I think you are correct. I haven't had the chance to leave the car for any length of time with ATPC enabled to see if the Emergency Braking fault eventually disappears but I doubt Advanced Tow Assist will work without it. Defender D300 HSE 110 MY22 Pangea Green

I don’t think we are going to get much more out of the gap tool by the sounds of it. |

l'll take one straight away. |

Just had a chance to look through a ccf file downloaded via Pathfinder and it looks like there are a couple of settings in there which a few of us have been looking for, let's just hope they become available when the tool comes out of beta and solve the activations we are working on
MultiCAN754 AutoTRProgMode MultiCAN755 ConfigTRMode MultiCAN778 ATPCSelectInFCPB MultiCAN778 TerAutoSelectInFCPB MultiCAN801 ATPCPRO There could be more, these are just some that jumped out at me when I was looking through it and I'm hoping the reading of faults is fixed soon also as I still can't read faults Cheers Ian -------------------- 22MY Defender 110 D200 SE, Fuji White. That's encouraging about the new/different codes from the Pathfinder CCF. Thanks.
Any chance you could scan through it for anything to do with Adaptive Cruise Control? I can't get ACC to activate with the GAP tool in our 2023. I always get an AEB warning. |

From what I understand there is an ECU (for towing) that needs to exists for Advanced Towing to function. Again I may be "mis-remembering" but coding alone wont work.
Maybe looking at a part diagram might help?

Got my IIDTool up and running this past week. As an aside, huge thanks to Patrick for the lightning fast emails... I mean *amazing* customer service.
Futzed around with it on my 2020 110 X. I can't seem to get the last user mode 566 below to work -- but reading here, seems to work for most everyone. Any ideas? Remember Stop/start setting MultiCAN-566 MHLastUserMode = Was = Disabled Changed to = Enabled Also I have an Aussie bull bar and winch installed on mine, and I was able to change "631 Lower Active Grille Vanes: from “both upper and lower active vanes” to “upper active vanes only”.... as when you install the winch you have to remove the lower a active grille. Which causes a code. So, problem solved! Anyway, had lots of fun playing with it. |

I'm pretty sure if you have the electrically deployable tow bar it is just a matter of coding Cheers Ian -------------------- 22MY Defender 110 D200 SE, Fuji White. Kielder 4x4 Safari Instagram @defender_v8 |

Have you let the car go to sleep and rebooted the pivi system afterwards? Cheers Ian -------------------- 22MY Defender 110 D200 SE, Fuji White. Kielder 4x4 Safari Instagram @defender_v8 |
