Defender not starting
Hi! My defender 2.4 puma is not starting, it turns over but will not fire up I had it running yesterday and I had been driving about just fine! I turned it off to hock up my trailer and to grab some lunch to come back and find it would not start it just turn over.
I’ve checked all the Fuses / relays the Battery in key fob it’s has no fault codes and the Rail pressure is fine.
The only thing I can think of is the camshaft sensor is not working?

No red light on the immobiliser when the keys in the ignition. Red flashing light only when I active the key fob to lock and unlocked the truck

id look at the inertia switch thing, just in case that's tripped, or failed for some reason. Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back

No inertia switch on a Puma (it's a mechanical fuel pump).

Yes, of course, I tend to forget that the 2.2 went back to an in-tank primary pump.

No IS on 2.4, IS on 2.2 (and TD5).

No IS on OP's Defender.
