No that’s a 110 towbar - from Td5 (1998) onwards they differ, before that 110 and 90 were the same.
On that one the braces bolt directly to the chassis rails where they dip down. On a 90 towbar the braces pick up on the fuel tank cradle brackets rather than the chassis itself. |

so if this has the wrong side braces as anyone by chance got the right ones to fit a TD5 90 ?

They won’t fit your Td5 90 - unless it’s some kind of aftermarket bar. You’re looking for the ones in Landy Andy’s post above. Flat steel with a slight bend, not an angle section.

Have you looked at fitting a 2inch receiver ?
Same sort of money as a new drop hitch but gives flexibility to fit a tow ball, jaw or nato hitch without adversely affecting your departure angles when not in use. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge |
