The dealership I use is Pentland Stirling Land Rover, they aren’t the biggest outlet but they have a very large client base so are usually as busy as the big dealers in the south. They used to be one of the few family owned dealerships but the Morrison family sold out 2 years ago and while standards have remained as good as they were under family ownership, a lot of the great staff left along with the owning family which was a shame. It was great to be on first name terms with the directors, service manager and sales staff but apart from one salesman now I wouldn’t know who was the tea boy or the MD let along the service manager.

Now I wonder if that guy has a simple silicone sealant cure for the water leaking into my car through the offside rear passenger door............that two visits to the dealers has failed to cure so far.
