 sorry - but it's my thread 
Bought a 56 plate Volvo V50 on Saturday to use as a run-around now I've moved to the country, only for it to completely  itself 4 hours later and a few miles from home. Thankfully the pub was within visual range, so I walked there and had a few pints of Guinness whilst I waited for my lift.

Unfortunately I have no recourse since it was a private seller. Looking like it will be getting scrapped...
Anyway in more 130 related news I have ordered the pneumatic hi/lo diff lock kit finally after the gentleman that fabricates them was struggling to fully recover after contracting covid. It should be here in a few days time, but I've told him not to rush as he's still getting up on his feet. Here's a picture he supplied me to appease all your appetites.

Not much to report. Click image to enlarge The garage move has been pushed back further as the farmer hasn't completed the new shed for the combine and equipment that currently occupy it to be moved to. But the jobs are still roling in just as fast so Stagshaw have had to lease an additional small unit in the time being. And since I'm more in the friend zone, regular customers have rightfully taken full priority. The good news for me however is that they now want it done relatively soon (Jan/Feb) as it's taking up so much room in a shop that they'll working in for another several months. I have however in the past couple weeks been wafting around in their Disco 4 courtesy car to the annoyance of my many bosses 
Click image to enlarge(now very much desire one so have added to the long list of sh*t I really want but certainly can't afford) In more garage related news, things are going so well in fact that Stagshaw will be soon to expand North of the border (not so sure I'm meant to be sharing this information ) . The premises is situated in the lovely countryside (won't disclose exact location) and it will have its own showroom, where once fitted out, you will find my 130 for a couple weeks should anyone want to take a look or go for a drive. Just to make clear - it is, and never will be for sale
I will do my best to keep the thread up to date from next week on. Some, as usual, terribly taken photos from myself in hopes to satisfy your appetite  :
