Do you have any comments on the design or has LR got it 100% right first time?

Errrr, yes, but Landrover have also stated it is an show of the intended design direction. So in other words "if it isn't this, it will be similar". A pure concept would be something to show what they could do, but have no intention of producing anything like it. The 111 and the SD5 are example of actual Landrover concepts. 2011 110 USW 1973 Series III 1-Ton 1972 Series III 1-Ton Cherrypicker 1969 IIA 1-Ton 1966 IIA 88" |

I'm not saying it's perfect but it's long due revising. So have you sat in it to come out with your comment how small it is inside??? |

No I have not sat in it, I'm just giving an opinion from the designs I have seen, which clearly shows reduced height, increase in front passenger area and stylised tapered rear end. What would you like to see different if it's not perfect in you're opinion. I just want a practical debate rather than the 'get over it' type comments.

Go see it, drive it and understand it before commenting on hypotheticals? Mike |

Let's hope it has an "increase in front passenger area" as the current one is just to small. I don't see that as a problem |

I've not seen a '110' replacement yet - the only pics I've seen are of the 2 door.
We need to see what they come up with for a LWB 110 / 130 replacement. John http://www.hampshire4x4response.co.uk 2011 Tdci 110 CSW XS |

Guess is they won't bother. As the current concept has a 100" wheelbase, what size would a bigger model be? 130"? 2011 110 USW 1973 Series III 1-Ton 1972 Series III 1-Ton Cherrypicker 1969 IIA 1-Ton 1966 IIA 88" |

But as has been said, they don't care what us "anoraks" want. In all seriousness, I certainly think they will only offer one length option to save on manufacturing different length chassis. 2011 110 USW 1973 Series III 1-Ton 1972 Series III 1-Ton Cherrypicker 1969 IIA 1-Ton 1966 IIA 88" |

Oh yeah - I forgot that - it's not as though we buy new cars from them is it I can't see them not offering a 5 door option though - that would seriously limit the sales IMHO John http://www.hampshire4x4response.co.uk 2011 Tdci 110 CSW XS |
