Shame you didn't get an extended rack over the bonnet, looks a bit short!

Its taken a while but after fitting rack a while back the roof tent is now on, plus the skylight! - ( perspex to stop raining coming between tent/awning) i have even managed to sort the wiring for the solar and roof tent light with bulkhead fittings and a connector for when the roof tent is removed. that for me is good going - even more so as they work as intended!

Looking great , that really is a vast roof rack !
My 130 arrives on Friday (gales allowing) . I’ll be in touch with Patriot as soon as it arrives . I’ll be selling the double cab as soon as I’ve stripped it of all the upgrades as I can’t believe someone would pay for them on top of what the trucks worth https://www.instagram.com/hustynminepark/ |

Rack was a special order, with rear legs width centres specified to fit a table inbetween from Patriot. Cheers

theres an idea! maybe i will just take it off! Update on the shower system. i bought a larger heat exchanger this time (than the one in my 110) hoping it would work off engine warm up from cold on tickover. It sort of does but takes away too much heat from the engine - typical! 110 one is plumbed in straight after a webasto coolant heater. think its time to add a webasto coolant heater to the 130. anyone ordered one from Russia....? Busy last two days
Changed the vcv, what a horrible job, cured the rough starting and idle but only ran for 20s then stopped. Restarted straight away, first flick, and stopped after 20s again. Removed new vcv, (denso), fitted a 2nd new one (pj jones) and works a treat. Also fitted a webasto evo 5 water heater. Just under £600 new with full fitting kit. Took 5 days from russia. No air intake filter or exhaust silencer but otherwise complete. Slight hiccup with red and black wire needing a home, see other thread, but otherwise now fitted with direct feed to shower heat exchanger before it circulates rest of engine. No more cold starts and no idling to have a hot shower now! Dropped the tank in the end to fit the pickup into top of tank. Not convinced o space on a hicap around the filler.
