lol, I think we all forget what is around us. Whenever in UK I never really thought of the surroundings/ sunset/ 'that would make a good picture'. But since being here I keep seeing thing/ surroundings that make me pull over and take a snap ![]() ![]()
It is the experience of a lifetime. I would go back tomorrow if I weren't here and had my Defender with me..... If it is a summer tour make sure he takes his sweat rags- I only took a couple and wish I had more (I have about 15 here and they make a huge difference ![]()
Thanks for the reminder..... Must email Gary about the update ![]() Glyn ![]() ![]() |

Hi Mark
Yep, Boxster 2.9 with all the bells and whistles in Carerra White. She got a cracking deal as we were not allowed to order one from the factory to her exact spec as they are waiting for the new 2012 model to come on line next year. Porsche Exeter found her a car well above the spec she wanted and compenstated by giving her an exceptional price on her 2006 Boxster. She is really pleased she changed and was not worried about the new model - there are rumours that it will have a metal folding roof like the SLK. The exhaust note sounds like a 911 Turbo hence the reason I'm going to have to get the Alive system to compete ![]() How's the matting working out ? Bob |

Sounds nice mate
![]() ![]() Matting worked a treat (sort of) thanks. I struggled to get it covering the rear sides, so have settled (at the moment) with it just covering the 'horizontal' bits of the loads area, along with the inside of the tail gate. Already saved the back getting scratched up a few times! Still trying to think of a way of being able to attach the matting to the wheels arch sides, so it doesnt fall off! Really don't want to drill into it to get a fixing ![]() I'll get there! By the way mate, remind me, what size are your AT's? Are they 265/75's? Mark 2011 110 XS DC Stornoway Grey |

265*75*16 BFG AT's.
I could never work out how to fit the mat to the sides either without drilling so gave up. Bob |
