Which exhaust?
Exhausts!!

Overland build project.

While fitting my new LOF brake kit and servicing the 110 I noticed the exhaust was rather corroded and with preventative maintenance in mind looking to replace it Very Happy

Griffin was always top of my list as an upgrade and always heard great things about them, I know there are a few others out there like Alive etc, but I’m interested in your opinions on what you have. In fairness the Griffin is reasonably priced too.

I have a 2.4 110 Puma with remap (BAS) and high performance (BAS) intercooler, air box mod and silicone hoses.

I’m thinking a dummy cat and straight through?

If it's an overland build, why not keep everything as standard as possible?
It's far easier to source standard parts in the UK, never mind anywhere else in the world, should there be need to get replacements.

I'm considering a trip that would need diff locks. Ashcroft lockers would be my preference if it was for use in the UK.
However the thought of getting spares makes me think ARB would be a better choice given their world wide dealer network.

I love my Demand Engineering as exhaust on my V8. However, as above for overland most people stay keep everything standard. James

I’ve got a twisted straight through exhaust on a 2.2 puma. With the DPF in place having no silencers made not a jot of difference to the volume of the exhaust, the note does sound better though! Having no silencers means less to go wrong and less chance of catching them on something so worth considering for an over landing project.

I've got a full Griffin system on my Td5 with dummy cat and absolutely love it, but I'd never heard of Demand before reading this thread, and their stuff looks nice too. Personally not a fan of branded tailpipes, so asked for the Griffin badge to be left off mine, which he was happy to do. 2005 Td5 | 90 Station Wagon | Tonga Green

Same here not heard of Demand engineering, their prices also look very good, will be interested hear from someone who has one fitted to a 2.4 110

Why not keep standard? Well its my pride and joy and i think its an upgrade that will suit my remap and intercooler, and as Co1 said its less to go wrong as there will be less components, stainless is stronger and will out last the original. Plus I'm sure it could be patched up in an emergency. 2016 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 TDV8
