Took the rear floor out to replace the selotape LR call a seal with something decent and replace the corroding screws with stainless steel ones.
Be warned if you do this on a double cab, all the rear seats have to come out plus the fixing brackets, it's the only way the panel will come out. Also, the double rear seat is ****** heavy ! Bob |

Took the spare wheel, light guards and roof rack off and gave it a good wash, then polished it and washed it again. Put everything back on and went for a wee drive. Life is not a rehearsal!

After collecting my new DC yesterday, had to go straight into work on nights, so bought it home this morning for the first time - then wiped all the excess polish off the rubber bits!

Thanx GREENI. Haha I actually spent 6 hours there got a recovery truck to come they rented a tractor and as soon as they unloaded it, it died and wouldn't start up so had to tie up steel cables from the road till the car to pull it as no car would drive in as they were suprised how far in I drove. I got carried away when I was driving through the car started sliding sideways so I kept going round in huge circles until I hit a wet patch and the car sunk in straight away. Almost every car in the UAE have they're windows tinted as the sun is too strong. You need special permissions for the front window but the police don't usually bother. Some people have authorization from the licensing department for mirror tints! 2012 Fuji White 110 Flattened |
