^^^ Excossack, are you wrapping the exhaust section under the driver’s seat? If so I’ll be interested to know the outcome as it’s something I’ve been considering doing. Thumbs Up Monsieur Le Grenadier

I've not been everywhere, but it's on my list.....

My Erberspacher heater exhaust is exiting in the rear nearside (passenger side) wheel arch and gets hot. So the plan is to wrap in exhaust wrap and then use the clamps and some brackets to mount the exhaust. 1999 Defender TD5 110

Got my Receiver hitch sorted today

I can now not have a tow hitch that ploughs off road. Bow down

I ordered some bulbs to replace the one or two broken ones on the warning lights in the dash. Incredibly dull but there it is.

Joined the “shiny tip” brigade ( don’t laugh too loud Clayton) having had the Alive exhaust system fitted today by my local indie ”Vanstones” of Launceston (thanks guys excellent service as ever, see you on the 26th Thumbs Up )

Nicely made item as you would expect from Alive, heavy gauge stainless steel with nice tidy welding work, lifetime warranty, very impressed with it visually and sound wise adds a nice tone to the engine, subtle but you can hear it and if your heavier on the right foot even more so, well I had to try it didn’t I Rolling with laughter

On their website it’s says performance gains in excess of 10%, not sure how to measure that to be honest but it brings together the Alive Ultimate intercooler, Alive -1 suspension, Fox dampers and Alive stage 2 remap Thumbs Up making my Defender a much much nicer drive with better acceleration, nicer exhaust tone and better handling.

Top marks to Alive for their products Bow down

The 10% is like go faster stripes. Does the extra noise make you feel 10% faster? If not, get your money back Rolling with laughter Monsieur Le Grenadier
